Purpose: Representing private agencies providing residential or treatment services to persons released from federal penitentiaries. Established in 1979, representing 37 members, we liaise with government and community agencies, and provide public education and member support.
We believe that community based agencies offering supportive programs accessed by ex-offenders form an integral part of rehabilitation.
