Purpose: A non-profit, non-government federation of 61 provincial sport organizations, Sport Nova Scotia promotes awareness of the benefits of sport to our health, youth, communities and economy. It develops programs to help PSOs promote amateur sport; raises funds to assist underprivileged children; and organizes the annual provincial amateur sport awards.
