Purpose: The Learning Enrichment Foundation is a leader in community economic development through skill training, employment counselling, job placements, self-employment training and business consulting.
LEF operates the York Business Opportunities Centre, a business incubator to house and assist new small businesses, Literacy instruction for clients, Language instruction for Newcomers to Canada, Youth Enterprise and fourteen Childcare Centres.
