Purpose: A non-political, non-sectarian charity dedicated to promoting peace and reconciliation, culture and charity throughout Ireland, north and south. Conducts fundraising throughout Canada for the support of community-level, self-help projects which promote cross-community enterprise and serve to foster Ireland's unique cultural heritage. There are similar Funds in America, Australia, Britain, France, Germany and New Zealand.
