Purpose: Credit Union Central of Canada is the national financial facility for credit unions. In addition to liquidity services, Credit Union Central of Canada provides administrative, legislative and developmental support to credit union organizations in its role as national trade association for the credit union system. Provincial credit union centrals, as majority shareholder/members, provide the major direction for Credit Union Central of Canada policy. The Centrals also provide local credit unions in their respective provinces with a wide range of financial and administrative services.
