Fed up: Be the Change Film + Discussion Series

Everything we've been told about food and exercise for the past 30 years is dead wrong. FED UP is the film the food industry doesn't want you to see. Upending the conventional wisdom of why we gain weight and how to lose it, FED UP unearths the dirty little secret the food industry doesn't want you to know - far more of us are sick from what we are eating than anyone has ever realized. While only 30% of people suffering from diet-related diseases are actually obese; the other 70% - even those appearing thin and trim on the outside - are fighting the same medical battles.
