Elder Mediation: Dispute Resolution for Our Aging Population

April 03, 2014

Changes in demographics bring new opportunities, and nothing could be more relevant to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Community than the aging of the baby boomers and the emerging tsunami of challenges and opportunities relating to the elderly that is about to hit. The question is, "will you be ready?".
This session is an important opportunity to find out why the skills you already have as a mediator are so appropriate to this segment of the population, where your skill set fits, what new skills and information you require for success and how you can engage this important client base to develop a successful elder mediation practice.
Designed specifically with ADR professionals and others providing service to the elderly in mind, this jam-packed one-day program will put you miles ahead by providing invaluable insights on all the essentials.
