Pathways to Privacy Symposium: Helping Canadians Find Pathways to Privacy


March 20, 2014 to March 21, 2014


CCLA and its partners present two events. The first is a public panel discussion on surveillance and privacy issues affecting Canadians, on Thursday March 20th at 6 :30pm. The second is a full-day research symposium, Helping Canadians Find Pathways to Privacy, funded by the Contributions Grant Program of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, on Friday March 21st 8 :30am to 5pm. These free events, to be held in Toronto, will provide a forum for academic researchers, civil society and public interest groups, and individuals to discuss important privacy issues and their relevance for Canadians. The event materials and symposium will also be available in both English and French.
