Western/Central Newfoundland EcoMentors Training Session - Calling all Eco-Youth!

CALLING ALL NEWFOUNDLAND YOUTH! Are you interested in environmental issues? The EcoMentors program will be offering a FREE interactive training session for youth (age 15-24) in St. John's on March 1st, 2012.

The free EcoMentors training session is a fun-filled day of interactive activities that will inspire and equip you to become a green leader in your community. Plus, you can earn volunteer hours, meet other environmentally engaged youth and take home resources to help you facilitate workshops! The training sessions are open to existing EcoMentors, wanna-be EcoMentors or anyone who is looking for more "hands-on" information.

We're also currently accepting applications for dynamic and responsible youth leaders (age 18-25) from across Newfoundland and Labrador to join our new national EcoMentors Youth Activator Network! Youth Activators will receive a $2000 honoraria to deliver regional training to new EcoMentors and act as advisors to the program.
