Connexions Calendar

Community conversation on LGBTQ aging (new date)


May 18, 2011 to April 18, 2011


LGBTQ people age 50+ are invited to attend a community conversation about what is important in our lives. We'll come together to talk about building community, sexuality and aging, ageism and homophobia/transphobia, where we live and how we are cared for.

This conversation will help to shape the content of Celebrating Sexuality and Aging: LGBT Seniors Empowerment, the Senior Pride Network's Conference being held November 14th and 15th, 2011 at The 519.

The conversation will be facilitated by a community member. Light Refreshments will be provided. To register, call Vonnie Barron at 416-481-0669 ext 332
