As consumers, we face endless product choices all claiming to be the “best” for our health. How can we be sure that the products we choose are really as good for us as they claim to be? Choosing certified organic products is a great start. . Sarah a holistic nutritionists, writer, educator and speaker, she is also co-founder of 'Field Trip' which takes people on tours to organic farms thus helping city folk connect to their food source.

wheelchair access.
