Yoga Day for Amnesty International

Beit Zatoun is pleased to host Yoga Day for Human Rights in support of Amnesty
International.
Join us to help raise vital funds to benefit human rights across the globe. This year, Amnesty International’s Yoga Day will be shining the spotlight on human rights and environmental defenders in province of Cabañas, El Salvador.
Cabañas environmental and community activists have been killed and threatened for speaking out against the gold exploration activities of a Canadian company and for defending their right to protect their environment.
Bring your mat and donate at the door. Tax receipts available from Amnesty International for donations greater than $10.
Your instructor is Donna Hanson who has been studying yoga for more than a decade. She has completed a 200-hour teaching program recognized by the Yoga Alliance. Donna teaches at studios across the GTA.
