Depuis janvier 2006, la vie d’Abdelkader Belaouni est en suspens. Aveugle, il s’est vu refuser toute demande d’accueil au Canada. Après avoir reçu un avis de déportation vers les Etats-Unis, Abdelkader s’est réfugié à la paroisse St-Gabriel à Montréal, où il se trouve toujours. Une histoire qui nous amène au coeur d’un enjeu de justice et de dignité humaine.
