Pumped up prices: Can we combat climate change by raising the cost of energy

Canada seems finally to be on the verge of raising costs to decrease our consumption of oil, gas, coal etc. Join a debate of whether this is a good idea and if so what financial systems would be best, i.e. carbon tax, cap and trade etc.
At least six expert panelists will debate the issues relating to this aspect of the environmental focus.
