East Toronto Canvass for $15 & Fairness

August 13, 2016

East Enders in Toronto, let's make some noise! Join us in the neighbourhood to spread the word and help build the Fight for $15 & Fairness movement.

Communities across Ontario are mobilizing to strenghten working conditions in our province - including recent actions in Oshawa, Rexdale, West Toronto, Sudbury and Ottawa. With the Ministry of Labour reviewing all our labour laws, we have a real opportunity to win decent wage legislation, including: a $15 minimum wage, at least 7 paid sick days, fair scheduling, right to organize, rules that protect everyone and respect at work.

Come out on Saturday August 13 and bring a friend:) We'll have petitions and leaflets ready to go, and together we'll talk with passerbys about the fight for decent work for all.

For more information about the campaign, sign up for action alerts, visit: 15andfairness.org.
