Free Online Screening Of Award Winning Film
Film director Kyoko Yokoma is offering free viewing of her award-winning film “Between Allah & Me (and Everyone Else)” exclusivelly during World Interfaith Harmony Week. This candid film explores the experience of four Muslim women in Toronto deciding their dress codes, unveiling a variety of meaning of the hair-covering practice for different people in our multicultural society. For more details and links, visit the film’s website. Educational institutions, libraries and non-profit organizations can purchase the film after February 1st. The film is also available for community screenings.
