Join us at this FREE public forum to learn about the important labour law reforms we’ve won in Ontario, how we can protect our gains and extend our victories so that every single worker receives at least $15 an hour and fairness at work. With special guest: Bhairavi Desai, founder of the New York Taxi Workers' Alliance.
Bhairavi Desai knows firsthand that mobilization must go beyond elections. In response to the racist and Islamophobic immigration laws introduced by US President Donald Trump, New York taxi drivers' shut down the JFK airport in January 2018.
