Parkdale vs. Nuspor: Protest at the Landlord & Tenant Board!

Support your neighbours on rent strike!
Our neighbours at 1251 King are fighting a rent increase of more than double the guideline. The landlord, Nuspor Investments, wants tenants to pay for the costly materials they used to renovate the building lobby. Meanwhile, Nuspor refuses to do repairs in units and has tried to intimidate tenants for organizing with their neighbours. It's time for Parkdale to stand up to Nuspor.
