Grassroots College: Building an Environmental Nonprofit, from the Ground Up

May 27, 2017 to June 17, 2017

Designed with volunteer organizations in mind, this super practical series of workshops introduces participants to key principles of nonprofit management and what it takes to achieve success. Participants will learn from the training leader and from each other using participatory and experiential exercises that allow time for participants to reflect. This series is designed for a leadership cohort and should be taken start to finish by the same person. The curriculum would be a good refresher for a seasoned leader and a wonderful survey for someone still emerging. Most participants will likely be associated with the environmental community but not exclusively. The workshop series is free if you attend all the sessions. We'll gather $50 from each registrant now but refund you at the final workshop
