February 1979 issue.

Abstract:  This issue highlights coverage on Bank of Canada President Gerald Bouey, Finance Minister Jean Chretien and Energy Minister Alastair Gillespie's wish for Canada to export more natural gas to US; how the government wants to export gas to US to boost Canadian dollar and help Canada's balance of payments; 1979 may be a record year for labour disputes; a recent study by the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education calls into question some of the assumptions the media and governments have made on how the public views education.
