[1] The Propaganda Trains Department of the All-Russia C.E.C. sent a copy of this letter of Lenin’s to the C.C., R.C.P.(B.) on June 12, 1920, with a request that the latter urgently appoint its representatives, the most experienced and leading instructors, for the train “Soviet Caucasus” and the steamship Red Star.
