Budassi, builder of the Emba railway
Saratov

Construction of the railway and oil pipeline to the Emba is of the greatest importance. It is necessary to assist it with the utmost energy and expedite the work in every way. Organise agitation, set up a permanent promotion commission, introduce labour conscription; everything by   agreement with Budassi, who is building the railway. Telegraph fulfilment regularly.[1]
