Purpose: The Hamilton Region Conservation Authority is a provincially-mandated environmental corporation. Through community-based accountability and management of a 479-kilometre regional watershed, we strive to protect sensitive lands, water and heritage resources with environmental education, stewardship, advocacy and private/public partnerships. We also guard against hazards caused by flooding and erosion.
