Purpose: The Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is a non-profit, voluntary health charity founded in 1960. Working through its 52 chapters across Canada, the Foundation raises and allocates funds to conduct research into improved care and treatment, to seek a cure or control for cystic fibrosis, and to promote public awareness of cystic fibrosis. The AQFK is a provincial association of the CCFF.
