Purpose: The Canadian Council for International Co-operation is a coalition of 100 non-profit organizations working in Canada and overseas to promote sustainable human development in Africa, Asia and Latin America. The Council monitors the impact of Canadian foreign aid policy on developing countries, advocating for an aid program focused on poverty elimination rather than trade promotion.
