Purpose: CAEP is a national organization with 700 members dedicated to improving and promoting Emergency Health Care in Canada.
CAEP's mandate is to:
* strengthen communication and create a systems approach to emergency care;
* develop with various association leaders, provincial legislators and colleges: prelicensure training standards, national standards for emergency departments, practice parameters and coordinated CME efforts across Canada.
