Purpose: This service is offered to low income seniors over 60 years of age. Legal services are offered only to Toronto area residents unless the problem is a major issue relevant to all seniors. Includes legal services in a wide variety of areas of law including pension problems, advocacy for seniors in long-term facilities, care homes, elder abuse, seniors pensions and issues concerning mental incapacity.
