Purpose: Provides grants for innovative, Ontario-based projects that focus on either:
"Early Childhood Education and Development":
Innovative projects that demonstrate how to improve the futures of children and youth at risk through more effective early years programming and policies.
and/or
"Economic Justice":
Innovative projects that demonstrate how to improve the employability of the unemployed, test out new economic models, and support other research and educational activities which are intended to reduce poverty.
It also promotes the dissemination of research findings and ideas that contribute to full and reasoned public education.
