Purpose: The Ontario Federation of Labour speaks for 650,000 organized workers in Canada's most populous province. It provides its affiliated municipal Labour Councils and local unions with services in communications, education, legislative and political action, human rights and health and safety.
To achieve labour's objectives, the OFL lobbies the Ontario government, conducts public campaigns and internal education programs. Policy conventions are held every two years.
