Purpose: The APCEP seeks to alleviate poverty both locally and worldwide. Locally it is working at establishing food banks and not for profit, low income housing. Internationally the group facilitates education and the spread of information and resources in a few specific areas, health, drinking water, agriculture and disaster relief.
