This report by the Latin American Working Group looks at Noranda Mines' projected $350 million copper mine investment in Chile. The report points out how Canada is using private and public funds to support a regime that has been denounced for its repression of human rights. Noranda's links with Canadian and International Governments and financial institutions are examined. A history of Noranda and its investments and information on how to further protest the Noranda investment in Chile are included.
