Abstract:
The Vancouver Status of Women has put together a special "speaking package". The topics of this package include: Women's Legal Rights, Wages For Housework (film & discussion), Lesbian Motherhood And How To Start Your Own Babysitting Co-Op, to name a few. Women Workers In The Home is a group of women concerned about the status of women in the home and the lack of resources and support available to women. The women who put this package together have been meeting to share their experiences and skills. This package can be used by existing women's groups, in family places, community centers and church groups. These topics could be used over several weeks as a mini-series or as a one-day event.

This organization no longer exists.
