Pamphlet prepared to help people act rationally, safely, and sensibly in the face of racist and discriminatory incidents.

Abstract:  This pamphlet was prepared to help people act rationally safely, and sensibly in the face of racist and discrimination incidents and to educate people about their legal rights and how to enforce them. It looks at the rights protected in the Ontario Human Rights Code and suggests how to act during and after a violent incident, suggesting specifically how to contact police or lay charges, what to do in court, and how to complain against police. How to handle hate literature is also discussed.
