The Workers' Health and Safety Legal Clinic is a specialty clinic funded by Legal Aid Ontario. One of its main focuses is to educate youth, newcomers, and job seekers about their employment rights and health & safety rights at work. Please join our guest speaker, Genevieve D'lorio, the Community Legal Worker to know more about your employment rights at work.

-Employment Standards (min.wage; overtime; stat. holidays, vacation and termination pay, etc.)
-The Ontario Human Rights Code
-Health and Safety rights under Occupational Health & Safety Act
